This was quite a big project in terms of planning and executing: writing a complex story that spans a series, with TV-like cliff-hangers, and disguising it as a kids cartoon.
This got me an IMDB credit as a voice actor for ‘Big Foot’ which amuses me to no end.
I had setup all the positions in the end credits so that if the series took off, we could easily assign people to the roles and keep it in production.. That didn’t happen, but I believe the series stands pretty well as a one and done season.
I think there’s 6 or 7 episodes.. I still watch them every now and then, pretty cool how it all came together as a full story with no other dialog other than the song lyrics.
I really have no clue where the idea came from. I remember David Letterman used to call people ‘humps’, but the cardboard box and the donuts and all that weirdness? No idea.
