Still on a life long quest to get better at fusing classical music and electronic music, this short collection of songs was created to tell a story for the listener to piece together, using techniques made popular by leading classical composers.
The title leads to spelling from the Geneva Bible which I started reading at the time of this project, and shared concepts carried through to inform decisions in the composition process.
One of those complete projects on a personal level, that perhaps might not connect to a listener without context. However, it is sonically and musically pleasing. Very happy to have this piece of work in my discography, I can throw it on if I’m in a reflective mood.
